How to beat a seatbelt ticket?

I received a ticket for not wearing my seat belt, but I was wearing the thing while driving. I pulled the car into the parking lot and turned it off. I reached for the window leaver and it was missing also the door wouldnt open, I got panicy and took the seat belt off car turned off and parked in a proper parking space, the cop walked up, and told me the reasons why he pulled me over and seat belt was the last reason, I told him that I had it on while I was driving, and he said he knows what he saw and that I didn't have it on, he asked me if I was calling him a lier and I said no but you are mistaking and he grabed the seat belt which is mounted above the shoulder on the roof of the car and said this is what I saw when I was pacing you. The car is a 76 malibu clic, with dark red interior, and a black seatbelt. It is hard to see in the bars during the day time if you are going to look for seatbelts, but I was pulled over t night. Also I sit so very low in the seat, not all leaned back or anything but that's how 34 year old bench seats do you, also the car has a 4 inch hood scoop on it which I can nt see over unless I have pellows to sit on which I didn't have that night, my head doesn't even reach the head rest. The car is primeraly a race car which doesn't help defence much, can't talk to a penger without almost yelling, and me a former race car driver, gonna get into any vehicle without wearing a seat belt is rediculous. Also I went to court and took care of the other violations. But the court got my paperwork mixed up, after about 3.5hours of court and 45mins trying to get my paper corrected, I was sent home and told I would receive a new court date in the mail. Origional court date was january 15th. In the mail I got a warant warning saying I missed my court date on january the 11th, so I also have a failure to appear. Wemt to court and the prosicutor tried to didmiss the failure to appear and reduce the seat belt ticket to $25 but he screwed up and said I'm gonna reset the court date , I asked about the dismisal but he said "I don't feel like dismissing anything right now" and left me with a bkue warrant. Went to my new court date and plead not guilty to both charges cop was there, got a new court date by judge with lawyer,
