IPhone dropped in water question?

Put it somewhere where there is lots of light. If its warm where you are at, put it in front of a fan for about two days. The foggy camera is caused by moisture. That will go away. As for the speakers, they may have some water buildup in them as well. Don't worry about it for now. Just follow the directions I listed and see if it works then. If not, then take it to AT&T.
