Canadians losing interest in hockey?

You wouldn't know there was a lack of interest here in Ottawa. Minor hockey is growing, and many of the new players are the visible minorities. I think players like Kadri, Aliu, and Malhotra are showing that hockey is no longer a white sport, it's a Canadian sport. There is also more to interest people now than there was 20+ years ago. I grew up in Vancouver and we had 7 channels. Two showed hockey. (CBC and the local affiliate had Canucks games). Today, I have 200+ channels, and a world of choices on the internet. I still love the game, and have Sens platinum seasons tickets, but I have other interests as well.
