What is chipotle? What is cilantro?

Chipotle or chi'pote' lay (don't have a keyboard). Is a hot pepper originating from the south American continent that is commercialized mostly as a smoked pepper. Cilantro or sil' ant' to is a plant similar to oregano. Not in taste, but stature and shape. The taste is familiar in salsas, but ditinguished in taste by itself.
