STARTING UNIVERSITY??????????????????d?

BASICALLy i live in toronto, im thinking of going to mcgill or condordia university in montreal. now montreal to those of u who dont know, is a french speaking province, they speaks english tho . now the schools are all taught in english and everyone in the city speaks english,. my question is: would i feel awkward or would u feel awkward is a place like that, would making friends be a concern?
