Do i have a chance to get in stony brook and university of miami?

My average was a 89.5 but i really screwed up in junior year causing it to drop down to 88.8. I am currently taking AP chemistry. i will also be taking 3 other AP courses senior year. I had a chance of going into Honor cles but didn't take it because i had no idea it will affect me till today. My previous catholic didn't send my math grades so my high school forced me to be put in the slower track of math which i didn't realize after today but i taught myself trigonometry, which i will be including in my college essay, and i am being put in the fast track of my senior year. I had a 650 in my math section and a 600 in my reading section of my SAT. I am currently volunteering. I am currently in the advance orchestra at my school for four years. Ive been worrying for awhile that my drop in average, non honor cl, and slower track of math, even though i will be going into the faster track will affect me. I am also in the honor society of my school but not the cles.
