Please help me i am confused?

Hi I am 19 years old, 6ft tall and 220 pounds my BMI is teetering on the overweight/obeese side of it but i don't think its that bad. i do have a stomach but not huge and i can run a 5K in 22 min. I think i need to loose a little weight but not that much i dont think. Can anyone tell me what i should set my goals for? any suggestions on what to do?
