Will Lamictal&Klonopin hurt the baby?

I just found out that I am pregnant, and was taking Lamictal at a low dose and Klonopin. I have read studies that are completely inconclusive as to whether or not these drugs will hurt humans. I stopped taking them as soon as I found out, but will this hurt the baby? Has anyone had a similar situation? Or known someone who has taken these medicines in the beginning and then gone on to have healthy babies? I am so worried. I am so thrilled about being pregnant, but I haven't been able to enjoy it because I am so scared for the baby's health.
