My younger brother wants to go deer hunting this year.?

My younger brother wants to go deer hunting this deer season,but he's scared to shoot my 270 and the only other gun i have is a sks.He's shot the sks and likes it,but i can't find a scope for it.So do you think he would be able to shoot my 270 with managed recoil loads or my muzzleloader with 100grs of triple seven and a 295 powerbelt bullet?
