WoW: "dousing the flames of protection" quest?

i'm lost! When i searched thottbot & wowhead it said to go to the cave in jaedenar i found it and i think its the only one in that area but i cant find the flames.. all i found in the cave was lots of mobs and four little rooms with more mobs in them... the cave is called shrine of the deceiver..is it the right cage? am i in the right place?
