Why call players like osorio gillermo franco who dont even play in their teams?

First of all the mexican team is not desperate like someone before me mentioned but to answer your question: Guille and Osorio have shown they can still play. Osorio is not playing for personal reasons with his club but he still goes to team practices. He still in shape how else would he find a team in Europe when his contract with Stuttgart is over. You people just believe that just because they dont play that they must be out of shape. As for Franco he plays for one of the best leagues in Europe the Premier league. If he wasnt good he wouldnt have spent the past 4 years in spain and certainly West Ham wouldnt be paying him $20,000 dollars weekly just to watch his preety face.
